This is probably our most traditional folk-sounding and straightforward pop song.

Guy wrote the music when he was laid up in New Zealand with a broken foot and it's full of melancholy and seemed to lend itself to a song of longing so I made the words about the kind of love affair we are told we should have, but that are hard to find.
